1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit payment 30%. And the 70% of payment will require 60 days before arrival. 

2. Cancellation Policy:

– More than 61 days before departure: Free Cancelation
– 60 – 31 days before departure: 30% of the full payment
– 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the full payment
– Within15 days before departure or no show: 100% of the full payment
Note: inevitable cost such as flight tickets, cruise ship tickets, train tickets, and other pre-paid fees which have already been submitted will be added in addition to the above charges.

3. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.

Itinerary Changes: The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Insurance: We recommend that all participants have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents during the tour.

5. Liability: The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

6. Age Restrictions: Some tours may have age restrictions, and participants must adhere to these guidelines.

7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities.
