For cancellations regarding your booking, please take note of the following policies: Cancel 61 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made between 60 to 31 days before departure will incur a 30% charge of the full payment. A cancellation between 30 to 15 days prior will result in a 50% charge of the full payment. Cancellations made within 15 days of departure or in case of a no-show will result in a 100% charge of the full payment. Please be aware that costs for unavoidable expenses like flight, cruise, or train tickets, along with other pre-paid fees, will be added to the charges mentioned above.

Please note that the tour package rate does not cover Visa & travel document costs, which are additional fees that travelers must bear. It is essential for travelers to hold a passport valid for more than 6 months from the time of travel and have a blank page for new stamps during their journey. For Vietnamese Visa, if you choose to book a tour with us, we will gladly arrange Vietnam Visa Approval at no extra charge. However, there is a visa processing fee of US$25 for single entry and US$50 for multiple entries payable at immigration when entering Vietnam. Cambodia and Laos offer Visa on Arrival, with visa fees of US$30 per person for Cambodia and US$40-45 per person for Laos, depending on nationality. Thailand also provides Visa on Arrival, with fees starting at 2000 Thai Baht per person, depending on nationality. For Myanmar, E-visa is available at a cost of US$50 per person for a tourist visa. Additionally, Myanmar Government Insurance ranges from US$50 to US$75 per person, depending on the length of travel and the traveler's age.
